In disappointing news, it was learned that yesterday, October 16th, the Clackamas County Circuit Court Judge Michael Wetzel issued his opinion that denied the relief sought by Michael Kohlhoff’s intervention and approved New Look Development’s Writ of Mandamus to trench the charter-protected Waluga Park – West Nature Preserve for their profit and benefit of constructing a sewer line servicing 5 new future luxury homes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
