Attendance is expected to include City-associated groups opposed to the community-led initiative to amend the City Charter to impose sensible legal protections limiting development in 15 natural parks. Such groups are: Friends of Parks, Sustainability Network, Oswego Watershed Council, Uplands NA Chair, and possibly City Counselors and/or staff.
